2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment as advised by our team.
• Prices are subject to availability and change at the time of booking.
• Service charges, convenience fees, or government taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

• Airline tickets, visas, and related travel services are governed by the respective provider’s policies.
• Refund timelines typically range from 15 to 30 working days, depending on the airline or authority.
• Asika Air Travels may, at its discretion, advance refunds to customers before receiving settlement from providers. Such practices are goodwill measures and not contractual obligations.
• In case of changes or reissues, fare differences and penalties imposed by airlines or authorities will apply.

4. Documentation and Compliance

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, health documents, insurance, and other mandatory travel requirements.

Asika Air Travels will guide and support with documentation but cannot be held liable for denial of boarding, visa rejections, or immigration issues.

5. Liability

Asika Air Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss of baggage, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or any event outside our reasonable control.

Our role is to facilitate travel services in good faith. Liability is limited to the service fees collected by us for a specific booking.

6. Use of Website and Communication

By using our website or digital platforms, you agree not to misuse or engage in activities that may disrupt our systems.

All communication via email, phone, or in person will be considered official only if originating from authorized representatives of Asika Air Travels.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
